During our initial consultation, $350, we'll discuss your:
style preferences
review the scope of your project
measure the space
discuss the investment aspects of the project.
follow-up with a construction report detailing our plans to help you describe your construction wishes as you interview contractors.

Next, I'll send you a detailed proposal that comprehensively outlines:
scope of work
design fee
suggested investment for furnishings and decor

The Conceptual Design Phase begins with an in-depth Style Consultation where we will discuss your preferences for the many decisions you’ll make regarding selections during the construction process, everything from door handles to trim options to paint and hardware.
From there, we will design a broad, high-level mood board to help you envision the overarching style, vibe and atmosphere we're crafting for your space.
We will discuss this concept board, and you will request edits during this phase.

Next up in our design journey, I'll provide you with spatial plans and a detailed virtual design to help you envision the space and the selections.
According to your feedback, I'll source out individual selections similar to those from the Mood Board and the virtual design.
This service also includes access to exclusive selections from our to-the-trade accounts.
We will go over every fabulous and exciting detail at the final in-person, design meeting.
We will provide you with a thorough Spec Book detailing the make, model, price, and placement for each and every product we have selected.
This Spec Book can be used to show your contractor exactly what you envision for the space and to help the contractor accurately price the job with a better understanding of the exact selections and layout you want.

For the Construction Service, AMI will handle ordering lighting and mirrors.
All other ordering will be done by the contractor or homeowner. The ordering process should be quite easy at this point, as everything will already be sourced and noted in your Spec Book.
Your Construction Service will have four visits built into the project so that we can come and weigh in during the building process.
Any visits needed beyond those four would be billed by the hour.
